About the teacher:
Adriana Lee is a Las Vegas born yoga teacher and yoga teacher trainer. She is all about self discovery and empowerment through yoga. She teaches her students how to breathe, how to feel, and how to get reacquainted with their bodies. As a teacher, she breaks down big concepts and complicated poses into bite sized pieces to make them more accessible.
Her teaching is based in anatomy and biomechanics. Students leave the class feeling refreshed, connected to their bodies, and empowered. She has worked with a wide variety of injuries, body types, and concerns. And loves nothing more than seeing her students reach their goals and feel better.

Q: Is this for certain times or can I work through the course at my own pace?
A: You can work through the course at your own pace! The course materials are yours to access whenever you want.
Q: How long are the daily yoga and meditation videos?
A: Each yoga video is approximately 20 minutes, while the meditation videos are around 10 minutes each.
Q: What's included in the course?
A: The course includes video lectures on each of the chakras, yoga videos, guided meditation videos, journal prompts, worksheets, recipes, and an e-book.
Q: What's included in VIP access?
A: All course materials are included in VIP access, in addition to access to our private group and weekly distance Reiki sessions which will take place in the group.
Q: Do I have to be logged in to the group for the distance Reiki sessions?
A: No! You can receive Reiki from wherever you are in the world, whatever you're doing, even if you're asleep. I'll send you Reiki whether you log in to watch the live or not.
